Refund policy

Your shopping experience at Voluptas Rose Lingerie is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your order was damaged prior to delivery, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package for returns with the exception of items marked as final sale. 

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Please note that bottoms, panties, bodysuits, candles, and massage bars are final sale and cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 
    • Please do not wear perfume, deodorant or other body oils, lotions, etc. when you try on your item. 
    • Soiled garments will not be eligible for return.
  • The item must have the original tags and liners attached. 
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.

Voluptas Rose Lingerie reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Any returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back at the receiver’s cost at our discretion.

Return & Cancellation Instructions

Please confirm that your return will comply with our policies above. If so, please follow the steps below: 

    • Please contact customer care to start a return. You may either request a shipping label from us (the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for the cost of return shipping) or you may obtain a label at your local post office with insurance included (recommended).
    • If you believe that the item was damaged prior to you receiving it, please photograph the damages. Please send the photos and a description of the damage to contact@voluptasroselingerie.com. Items damaged in your care may not be eligible for returns.
    • Once you receive or obtain your return shipping label by email, print and attach it to your package. Please re-use the original box you received your order in to help maintain environmentally friendly sustainable practices.
    • Please note that returns will incur a shipping fee, plus a 10% restocking fee of the item's cost. These fees will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for exchange information.
    • Drop off your package at any USPS location. 
    • Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost during shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when buying your own label. 
    • An order may be canceled if it has not yet been shipped, but will incur a 5% fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact customer care for cancellation requests.

Refund Process

  • When we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure return eligibility based upon our Return Policy above. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for approved items will be applied to your original form of payment. 
  • A 25% restocking fee will be added to your bill for ineligible returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any returned items that do not comply with our policy may be denied at the discretion of Voluptas Rose Lingerie.

Voluptas Rose Lingerie reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 25% restocking fee if your return is ineligible due to any of the above circumstances, or if your package is non-deliverable due to circumstances out of our control.
