Shipping policy

Voluptas Rose Lingerie ships within the United States. If you are outside of these countries, please contact us to arrange shipping options.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all international tax, tariff, and duty payments. Refunds will not be provided due to tariff, tax, or duty nonpayment.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days of placing an order.

The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout. 

Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST may be processed the next business day, and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day starting at 9:00 am EST.

Please note that delivery times are estimated. Please allow 2-3 additional days for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, rural and remote areas. We only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Other U.S. territories are excluded. Once the order has been shipped, Voluptas Rose Lingerie is not responsible for any carrier delays.

 

Addressing Requirements

  • Shipping and billing addresses must be valid United States, Canada, or South Africa addresses.
  • The billing address must exactly match the location where the credit card statement is sent.
  • Once an order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be redirected/changed.
  • For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive separate shipments on different days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your tracking number. 

Please Note: If the tracking status of your package shows delivered, but the item has not been received, we must be notified within 30 days of the ship date.
